As a Poultry Nutrition Manager, you will work closely with our team of veterinarians, nutritionists, and farmers to ensure that our poultry are fed a balanced and nutritious diet that supports their health and productivity. You will be responsible for analyzing feed performance data, formulating new feed recipes, and implementing quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of feed safety and quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement poultry nutrition strategies to optimize livestock performance and feed efficiency.
• Analyze feed performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Formulate new feed recipes and work with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
• Monitor feed production processes and implement quality control measures to ensure feed safety and quality.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and nutritionists to ensure that poultry are receiving the proper nutrition to support their health and productivity.
• Work closely with farmers to provide guidance and support on feed management and nutrition.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in poultry nutrition.
• Lead and mentor a team of nutritionists and feed technicians to ensure the successful implementation of nutrition strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in poultry nutrition, with a strong track record of success in optimizing livestock performance and feed efficiency.
• Certification in poultry nutrition (e.g., Certified Poultry Nutritionist, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as Excel, SAS, or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus.
• Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
