📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct technical analysis and evaluations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design reports, test procedures, and maintenance manuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement improvements.
• Perform failure analysis and root cause investigations to enhance product reliability.
• Support the development of new products by providing technical expertise and guidance.
• Participate in design reviews and certification processes to ensure technical compliance.
• Monitor and analyze technical data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide technical training and mentorship to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a technical role within the aerospace or aviation industry.
• Proficiency in technical software tools such as CATIA, MATLAB, and ANSYS.
• Strong understanding of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control standards.
• Certification in relevant technical standards, such as ISO 9001 or AS9100.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
