📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our in-house ERP system.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely picking and packing of orders.
• Work with our logistics partners to ensure orders are delivered on time and in good condition.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels to prevent shortages.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales and order processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or distribution industry.
• Proficient in using ERP systems, particularly those used in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with logistics and warehouse operations is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
