📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic plans to attract and retain industrial investments in Bangka Belitung.
• Coordinate with government agencies, local businesses, and international investors to create a favorable business environment.
• Monitor and analyze industrial trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
• Foster partnerships and collaborations to support the development of industrial clusters and infrastructure.
• Implement programs and initiatives to promote sustainable industrial practices and environmental stewardship.
• Report on progress and performance to senior management and stakeholders.
• Represent PT Bangka Belitung Industrial Growth at industry conferences, forums, and events.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial development, investment attraction, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in driving industrial growth and attracting investment.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian business environment and government policies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project or similar tools.
• Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
