📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise the quantity surveying process for F&B construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project timelines.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive cost plans, schedules, and reports using industry-standard tools like AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential cost or time overruns.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure all project deliverables are met.
• Provide expert advice on cost-saving measures and risk management strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying for construction projects, with a focus on F&B sector.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
