📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end logistics for events, including inventory management, procurement, and transportation coordination using SAP and Jira.
• Oversee warehouse operations, including stock control, inventory tracking, and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Plan and organize manpower for events, ensuring adequate staffing levels and scheduling.
• Monitor and report on logistics and warehouse performance metrics.
• Collaborate with event managers to develop and implement logistics strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols for all events.
• Provide exceptional customer service to event clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management, preferably in the event industry.
• Proven experience with SAP and Jira for logistics and inventory management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of event planning and management is a plus.
