📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone.
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts with potential customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products sector.
• Strong understanding of our products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to travel frequently to customer locations.
