As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of our kitchen, assisting our head chefs and sous chefs in preparing meals, and ensuring that our food is served hot, fresh, and on time.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist head chefs and sous chefs in preparing meals, including chopping vegetables, washing dishes, and preparing ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning workstations, wiping down equipment, and ensuring that the kitchen is ready for the next shift.
• Help with food presentation, ensuring that dishes are plated and served in an attractive and appetizing manner.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking ingredients and ensuring that the kitchen is well-stocked.
• Work efficiently and accurately, following recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that meals are prepared and served on time, meeting the demands of our busy dining room.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handwashing, wearing appropriate clothing, and following sanitation protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on kitchen procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including boxes, ingredients, and equipment.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment, including stoves, ovens, and food preparation tools.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
