🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in injection molding process engineering.
• Proven experience with Moldflow and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of injection molding principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems is a plus.
