📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSSE programs to ensure compliance with K3 regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures, emergency response, and environmental best practices.
• Monitor and report on HSSE performance metrics, and work with management to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety and environmental considerations into all aspects of operations.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, and develop recommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards, and work towards reducing our carbon footprint.
• Maintain and update HSSE documentation, including incident reports, training records, and audit findings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., SHEA, OSH, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of K3 regulations and environmental standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of HSSE.
