As a BIM Modeller at MicroSourcing, you'll collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to bring innovative designs to life. Daily, you'll model complex structures, coordinate with project teams, and optimize workflows using the latest BIM technologies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain detailed 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD for construction and architectural projects.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
Coordinate with project teams to optimize workflows and meet project deadlines.
Conduct clash detection and resolution to minimize errors and delays in construction.
Prepare construction documentation, including schedules, drawings, and specifications.
Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry best practices.
Provide technical support and training to junior team members as needed.
Participate in project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience as a BIM Modeller or similar role in the construction industry.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with experience in creating and managing BIM models.
Strong understanding of building information modeling (BIM) principles and workflows.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as MS Project or Primavera.
Willingness to work in a hybrid model, including night shifts, to support project timelines.
