📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure documentation accuracy,Collaborate with other departments to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity and readability,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing best practices,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
