The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of store associates to achieve sales targets.,Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to maintain high standards.,Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and availability.,Promote sales and merchandise through effective marketing strategies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall store performance goals.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a retail team.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
