📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to improve performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of the retail industry is a plus.
