Nest Central Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated and experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our remote outlets. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring that all sales targets are met, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.
  • Ensure that all staff are trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized outlet, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the central office to ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Report on sales performance, customer feedback, and any issues that may arise.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to travel to the outlet location for regular visits.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
