📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and onboarding.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.
  • Providing feedback to candidates and guiding them through the recruitment process.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and improve recruitment strategies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
