Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Proven ability to manage and lead a production team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in production management.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.🛠️ Keahlian
