📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Manage and coordinate various operational activities, including supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve organizational goals,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards of service and product

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading operations teams,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus
