Rumah Sakit Nanda Bangunan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management, with a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reports.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting functions of the hospital, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.,Provide financial advice and support to department heads and management on financial matters.,Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
