📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily activities.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed branch targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.,Lead and motivate the branch team, providing guidance and support.,Monitor and report on branch performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or branch management.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with the retail or service industry is a plus.
