📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets are met.,Coordinate with production teams to address any issues or bottlenecks.,Monitor and maintain production schedules and reports.,Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of production areas.,Train and mentor junior staff on production processes and best practices.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal use of resources.,Collaborate with other departments to improve overall production efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong understanding of production processes and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Knowledge of quality management systems and safety protocols.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
