📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead nurse in providing patient care and treatment.,Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.,Assist in preparing and administering medications as directed by the lead nurse.,Maintain a clean and organized patient room, including changing linens and disposing of waste appropriately.,Assist in the preparation of patient meals and ensure they are served on time.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plans.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Assist in the training and orientation of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Certification as an Assistant Nurse or equivalent experience.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.,Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must; English is a plus.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
