📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Assess the training needs of our employees and develop a training plan accordingly.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide feedback to employees on their performance and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our training programs are aligned with the overall goals of the company.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the company's overall strategy.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, training and development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of educational theory and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Experience working in a technology company is a plus.
