📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strategic vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency and operational excellence.,Conduct vendor performance evaluations and negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure vendor performance aligns with company goals and objectives.,Monitor vendor contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance vendor management and supply chain efficiency.,Build and maintain a strong network of vendors and suppliers to support our logistics operations.,Provide training and support to internal teams on vendor management best practices.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in vendor management and supply chain.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain roles.,Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
