Crystal Hub Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Store Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of store cleanliness and organization. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the store is clean and well-organized at all times.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Assist in stock taking and restocking inventory.,Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.,Assist in the preparation of store displays and promotions.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.,Follow all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or store operation role.,Good communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including data entry and spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy items.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
