📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Dispense medications accurately and efficiently to patients.,Provide pharmaceutical care and advice to patients, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.,Monitor and manage the hospital's pharmacy inventory, including ordering and receiving medications.,Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and hospital policies.,Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication use and patient outcomes.,Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the hospital's management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.,Valid and active Philippine Pharmacist License.,Proven experience as a Staff Pharmacist in a hospital setting.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
