📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP and Energy systems on various construction sites.,Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.,Work closely with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure that projects are completed successfully.,Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all work is being carried out safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Provide technical guidance and support to site teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of all personnel on site.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all work carried out on site.,Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for the work being carried out on site.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in MEP and Energy systems.,Proven track record of successfully managing and completing complex construction projects.,Strong knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other project management software.,Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a work permit in Indonesia.
