📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Overseeing the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure projects.

Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Conducting site inspections and quality control checks.

Managing and mentoring a team of engineers and technicians.

Coordination with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Preparing project reports and documentation.

Continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Proven track record of successful project management.

Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with relevant software and tools.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
