📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and plans.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and project managers to optimize project performance.
  • Conduct cost analyses and prepare budget reports.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
