📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to staff and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems,Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly,Maintain and update IT equipment and software,Monitor network performance and security,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Train and mentor junior IT staff,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures,Provide IT support during off-hours and weekends as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems,Familiarity with IT security best practices,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus
