📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and filings,Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decision-making,Manage and mentor a team of junior accountants,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and accounting standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in both English and Indonesian
