📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and clean guest rooms to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort.,Perform daily room inspections and address any maintenance issues promptly.,Assist with housekeeping tasks, including laundry and linen management.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.,Support office operations by managing administrative tasks and maintaining office supplies.,Assist with event coordination and support for in-house events and meetings.,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.,Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with office support tasks and administrative duties.,Basic knowledge of English is a plus.,Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
