📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various job openings, ensuring a high-quality pool of applicants.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recommendations.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process and candidate selection.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the local job market and talent pool in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
