In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing financial advice to the management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management.,Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.,Manage the budgeting and forecasting process.,Handle tax compliance and preparation.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a healthcare or similar industry.,Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
