Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and reach,Manage and schedule posts across various social media platforms,Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize strategies,Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and direct interactions,Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and infographics,Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices,Collaborate with other departments to align social media efforts with overall business goals,Report on social media performance and insights to stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role,Proven track record of managing social media accounts with high engagement rates,Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English,Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Creative and innovative thinker with a strong eye for detail
