📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage banquet events from start to finish, including planning, coordination, and execution.,Ensure all events run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients and guests.,Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.,Maintain accurate records of event details, guest lists, and other relevant information.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of event venues, ensuring everything is ready for the event.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and attract guests.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event management skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in event management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing banquet events.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
