📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives,Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency and productivity,Manage and mentor the management team to achieve optimal performance,Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Monitor financial performance and make data-driven decisions,Lead and participate in board meetings and other strategic initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role,Proven track record of success in a similar position,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Understanding of Indonesian business culture and practices
