📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly and promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and addressing their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, and process returns or exchanges with a positive attitude.
• Assist customers with product selection, offering recommendations based on their preferences and dietary needs.
• Stock and organize products on the sales floor, ensuring a clean and inviting display.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area, including restocking shelves, wiping down surfaces, and keeping the cashier station organized.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper hygiene practices and wearing personal protective equipment when necessary.
• Assist in preparing and serving food items, such as freshly baked goods, to customers in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment, preferably in a bakery or food service setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems, such as using a cash register or computer-based POS system.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to accurately count and process transactions, and to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, especially during peak business hours.
• Familiarity with local regulations and guidelines related to food safety and customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds, as required.
