📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Developing and maintaining accurate cost estimates for construction projects
• Analyzing project plans and specifications to determine material and labor requirements
• Ensuring cost estimates comply with project budgets and contractual agreements
• Monitoring project costs and identifying areas for cost savings
• Preparing cost reports and presentations for project stakeholders
• Collaborating with project managers and engineers to provide cost-effective solutions
• Staying up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in construction estimation
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimation and cost control
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with construction estimation software such as ProEst, EstimateOne, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other relevant design software is a plus
