Tanggung Jawab:

  • Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities and programs that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

  • Assess and monitor children's progress, and provide individual attention and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and a strong partnership in the children's education.

  • Attend to the health and safety of the children, and follow all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
  • Promote a positive and respectful school culture.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education.
  • Valid teaching certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of child development and learning theories.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team.
  • Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
