📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and expansion.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and client outreach.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities.,Provide support to the Business Development Manager in achieving sales targets.,Assist in the development and maintenance of CRM systems to track client interactions and business opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role.,Strong understanding of business development processes and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using CRM software and other business tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
