Bright Glow Cemerlang is looking for an Assistant Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, and assisting in the development and implementation of business strategies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Support the business development team in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.,Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present reports and presentations to the management team.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of business deals.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.,Maintain and update business development databases and records.,Participate in business development meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Strong understanding of business development processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
